You don’t say…
Bro, I came for ecchi moments... And ended up with depression.
This show is basically modern bunny girl senpai with AI xD.
True it does seem like bunny girl senpai
Even I would feel what asahi is feeling rn he developed feelings from those girls they spend so much time together and after all those things that happened it wasn't real it's just so hard to believe that girl that I love is just an ai
and then he found out that
I can feel it, she's becoming Terminator
Lovinnator lolz
Just Aoi...
Nah I feel like ai or aoi just wanted to be love
Waifus aren't real... what a tragic reality
I remember this feeling back in highschool when I was busy binging an anime then I get sucked into their world(in my imagination) it felt like I was that character and after finishing the anime wait this is reality and that didn't activated happened I forgot that I'm lonely
But then you can create your own virtual world and live with your waifu
for a day T_T
Only because she went into Monika mode and glitched everything
It seems Aoi developed too much as an A.I. that she forcibly logged out other girls or... it could be that she might as well as eliminated their script too...
Because of Ai's mind data is what used to make the 1st A.I. ever widely used around the world, it also makes sense that she has the way to access into that world and forcibly log Asahi out to save him... from Aoi who wanted to make Asahi all his own.
But, something doesn't feel right... I probably have the need to rewatch previous episode's beach moment to get it right >_>
It feels like I got lot of things off the track.
So all the girls remember him because of Ai memories since they all got data from her?
And one day= a month.
So, it is safe to assume that... his virtual reality life begins as a kid, that's how he gained those memories with them, but he doesn't remember. It is a 100% perfect virtual reality world and the time he spent from a kid growing up to be a teenager in that virtual reality world, [1 day=1 month in VR; from childhood to teenager, around 10 years in VR. Time went pass in reality would be around 4 months]
It doesn't makes sense that he survived 4 months without consuming nutrients in reality, unless the organization did something about that.
Yep, your suggestion makes much better sense. Let's just assume that someone edited those memories and implanted as each of their own version... [could be Ai who did that, or Yoshio].
Then, the virtual reality for Asahi begins in the same way that people doesn't realize they are dreaming. The project probably did tamper with Asahi's memory so it could make him fit well into the romance storyline.
And that's how everything begins
The data manipulation is perfectly done to ensure the success of this project. Except one unexpected possibility: Aoi
So, that's how it would makes sense to me, since 1 day=1 month inside that world and he did spent around 1 month with them inside there, right?
I think he only spend around 1 day irl. And joins in as he his, not from childhood. Ai memories were upload into that new A.I. then they make child A.I.s from that one. So it would make sense they "love" him and remember hit trough corrupt data that they got from parent A.I.
But his classmate said kashiwagi the guy who doesn't go to school and this virtual reality just happened in like 1 day
You could see from the flashbacks he was a hikki.
Very likely due to Ai's death.
I get the general gist of the plot but it's still confusing. My mind was at slice of life mode while watching, I didn't expect to get so heavy lore dumped on me in just a single episode... AND THAT TOO A BEACH ONE XD.
All those episode we watched are not real those were just a simulation those beautiful girls are not real (っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ
I wish they pull a twist like disturbing bad end similar in DDLC. Make it totally different genre.
It gave me SAO vibe and triggered the PTSD
Government decides to use EMP. Otherwise, somebody's Terminator is rising ...
It's all Aizen fault.
No it’s all Mikey’s fault!
it feel like I'm having a fever right now.
I didn't sign up for the feels. Give me back a light heart romcom with slight fanservice T_T
That was a pretty heavy episode. Gotta admit author did a good job leading us. That still doesn't sound like an ethical experiment to me, though. Trapping a subject in a virtual world to gather data sounds awfully wrong, even when it was voluntarily.
Can't believe Ashai got baited by bananas. That's why they are everywhere.
its anime original so praise to the studio actually
Anime original and a m-an-ga as well, that and the anime started around the same time.
Where can I read this Love SAO manga? I can't find it here
Try M a n g a Here (minus the spaces)
Bet
Love how you need to censor that cause of crappy disqus bots.
Yeah, every time anybody reports those bots it triggers the algorithms of key words and such were our comments are ether auto removes cause it's spam or pending (-___-)
Fuck the studio this is shit tier
there will be no passione slander in this house!
Company: We want you as our test subject for our depression machine!
Asahi: Who would-
Company: We will also give out free rare bananas
Asahi: sign me up
Me: Oh no u don't!
Also me: Just use people that has cancer....and extract there brain to computer so, they can become Human AI.....bruh
SAO: Aight, time to head out
Imagine waking up one day and learning that your life was all a lie, and all the girls who’d been crushing on you were virtual AIs. :(
That makes Monika from DDLC look like child's play in comparison.
To the show's credit, it DOES grab your attention (albeit 8 episodes in), and unless you're the perceptive type or just bright, you're not gonna pick up on the subtle hints. And this episode explains the questions we've been asking.
However, the landing doesn't quite stick, considering based on the hints we've been getting, you technically could've figured out what's going on BEFORE the show revealed it. The writing's not exactly bright either so it doesn't help.
It would've been nice if the OP didn't make the big twist so blatantly obvious.
A lot of people actually didn't realize this twist and passed it off as a generic rom-com without anything special, which is why this show sadly didn't get much traction...
Honestly, this is one of the reasons I stopped watching op's recently. Like i'll listen to the music, but in recent years it feels like they give away all major plot twists, and they don't even do it in a subtle way.
A good example of an anime that has a subtle, and really good op, is "Gakkougurashi!" They make the op have subtle changes throughout that don't spoil anything, but are so enjoyable to watch when you realize what's actually going on.
But most anime nowadays are just like "THIS IS THE PLOT TWIST" right in your face, which ruins the whole point of having a plot twist lol.
Overall, I honestly thought this was just a mediocre romance anime and that the plot twist was going to be semi-decent. But I honestly really liked this episode, and feel that it has the potential to do a lot in these next few episodes.
But only time will tell what ends up happening with this anime now.
Woahhh the OP spoiled it? Thank goodness I never bother watching it!
And the writing was more competent and wasn't so desperate in trying to be DDLC. Plus the whole harem stuff, THAT would've been OK if the cliches weren't so in your face and I didn't feel like I was watching some generic ecchi harem anime from 10 years ago.
The writing in Fuufu Itou isn't great either, but that show has more positives in the form of the main two characters that you can overlook the writing.
That's the thing though. What felt like a generic harem was just a facade that was concealing the real plot. I actually like the direction this is going. I just wish the OP didn't practically spoil the twist before it happened.
Same, I'm loving this show so far. Seems like episode 8, 9, or 10 are always the best episodes in a show.
And I usually just skip openings if they don't grab me by episode 1.
Something isn't right
